Dark stuff. I really like the juxtiposition of political and sex/food imagery in the middle of the poem. It brings to mind a porcine orgy of self congratulation. It also comes across to me as a fairly bi-partisan skewering.

I like it a lot.

Although I couldn't bring myself to watch the event, I now can definitely picture it -- I did see the VA governor's "Better Way" talk but couldn't really hear it because I was so distracted by the red tie.
