Now That Takes the Cake

Look at what Max discovered, and Ned just blogged! And we thought we were so good. My big question is, who got to eat it?? What is that fondant stuff, anyway? Why mix in raspberry or orange flavors? Doesn’t everyone know that you should not mix fruit with chocolate, it clashes! But still, oh wow, is this genius!!!

And I was gonna make Big Fluffy Pink Cupcakes for my daughters today.
I feel so inadequate.

Now I need to go find some chocolate.

And strawberries and chocolate ? Raspberry and chocolate? The *right* fruit goes oh so well with chocolate :o)

I love fondant! It doesn’t taste very good, but it makes decorating a dream. I’ve seen them take the fondant off the cakes at Disney World so you just eat the butter cream. And I agree with Jen, the right fruit is great with chocolate! Add to her list – cherries, blackberries and pineapple -think Chocolate Fondue!
