Musical Instruction and Performance: A Game-Changer for Autism

I have just published a piece in Psychology Today, about music being a game-changer for autistic adults. I based the piece on both anecdotal and personal experience (with Nat and his rock band), as well as research.

Wonderful piece, especially loved the inclusion line! So happy for all of you. I just got my youngest interested in guitar, fingers crossed!

Hi Susan. Just found you as a resource. My hsb. was diagnosed last August ‘17. I am reading Autism Adulthood this morning and am so grateful for your writings. He is 59 and just started performing musically. So, I am looking forward to your latest article. Can you recommend any spouse supports, websites, etc?
